DONATE ITEMS
The Friends sell gently used donated items in our Books & Crannies Used Bookstore in the library and at our semiannual book sale events. We also distribute books through our community outreach programs. The money raised by book sales supports programming, activities and purchases not included in the library’s budget.

Donations may be made any time during library open hours by delivering items to the Library Circulation Desk.
PLEASE SCHEDULE DONATIONS OF MORE THAN 2 BOXES BY EMAILING

If you itemize deductions, your donation of materials may be tax deductible. At your request, Friends or the Library Circulation Desk will provide you a receipt for tax purposes. It will be up to you to determine the value of your donation.

Magazines less than 2 years old

Computer manuals less than 2 years old

Puzzles and games (all pieces included)

Rare or unique topic books
We are UNABLE to accept any items in the following condition:

Items that have evidence of mildew, mold, brittle or yellowing pages, bug infestation, stains, dirt, or water damage.

Heavily marked/highlighted books
-
Any items that smell of cigarette smoke or other strong odors.

Books with broken spines or missing pages or cover
